The color of the beer is copper, slightly cloudy. The beer has a medium bite and fullness. The flavor is caramel with medium bitterness, herbal hops, and slightly resinous with tones of lemon peel, grapefruit, and elder flower. The richness of aromas and flavors is given not only by top-fermenting yeast esters but above all by a combination of exotic-scented hop varieties from California, which we also add when cold.
