This summer “Eight” has quickly become a favourite among Kokořín cyclists. The colour is light golden, slightly cloudy. The beer has a medium taste and fullness. The taste is malty with medium bitterness and tones of lemon peel, grapefruit, and elder flower. The richness of aromas and tastes is given, not only by top-fermenting yeast esters, but above all by a combination of exotic-scented hop varieties from California, which we also add when cold.
