This beer is characterised by a dark amber-reddish color, which is obtained by brewing with a special Melanoid malt. The aroma has malt, honey and toast tones with a bouquet of ripe gooseberries, sauvignon and tropical fruits. The beer has a low to medium bite, and a rather higher fullness. Malty, with tones of biscuit, caramel, gooseberry, sauvignon and tropical fruit also predominate in the taste and aftertaste. In addition to American hops, we also add “Nelson Sauvin” New Zealand hops for the bouquet. Hops are also added cold.
