The technology of lager production in the 19th century has given our brewery its current appearance. We brew lager from local Kokořín water, malt from the nearby Mšeno Malt House, and Žatec hops. It is slightly cloudy, golden in color and malty in aroma with spice and herbal tones. It has a medium bite and a higher fullness. In taste and aftertaste, it is malty with a medium bitterness and herbal hop tones.
