Its origins, in comparison with other types of South German Bocks, are relatively modern, its consumption often associated with spring and the month of May. The color of the beer is a light amber. The foam is rich, creamy and firm, the bite is average. The flavour is less malty and more hop-like. We brew this beer in a limited batch during the spring from authentic Bavarian ingredients, using Bamberg Malt and hops from the Hallertau region.
