Maturation time is at least 6 weeks. The beer has a light copper colour, is slightly cloudy with a thick stable foam and a malty caramel aroma. The taste is round, with a higher fullness and gentle bite, malty, slightly caramel. Tománek has a medium bitterness with slight peppery, hoppy tones even in the aftertaste. However, the bitterness and malt are in perfect balance.
